Each PowerPoint presentation is targeted toward a specific audience, and includes talking points in the speaker’s notes to help ensure key information is emphasized. Please feel free to use these templates and tailor them according to your needs.
- For education stakeholders broadly: This presentation has research, message training and framework explanation. It is intended for education stakeholders who will be champions and need effective communication strategies.
- For sharing the research with business and community leaders: This version is focused on the decision making research and less on the messaging recommendations. It provides high level basics that community leaders (business and other stakeholders) can use in supporting their local schools.
- For educators seeking to engage local partners in support of local schools: This version is the most abbreviated and is focused on engaging local partners in support of local schools. Educators could use this with potential partners to set the context for invitations to join with them in strengthening schools.
- For sharing the research with principals: This presentation provides some tangible strategies for principals to employ when seeking to engage the community in support of local schools.
