In 2012 when I was graduating from Duke University, I was one of thousands of millennials looking for ways to do good in society. I had been a public policy student and believed there was more we could do to expand opportunities for all and create a more inclusive society – and I was committed to doing that. All I needed was a job.
I was fortunate enough to be hired as a two-year fellow at the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation, where I was able to contribute to the foundation’s mission of improving the quality of life for all North Carolinians.
